Winter 2019 Highlights

We hope everyone had a happy new year and holiday season. We have some news to share regarding our office.

Coming Soon:

TempSure Envi -Face and Body Treatments. TempSure Envi is a new, FDA-approved radiofrequency treatment. The treatment is highly effective in tightening the skin, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, and minimizing cellulite. We will update you when available. Membership to the concierge practice is not required for Temp Sure treatments but is required for the concierge services.

We are sending surveys out via Patient Pop please respond and leave us feedback. We are striving for excellent service and your feedback is appreciated and valued. If you are inclined please leave reviews on site such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, Yahoo, Bing, Web MD, MD.com, or Healthgrades.

Websites:

We have a brand new website www.premiumconciergehealthcare.com please check it out.

The practice portal https://dmg.myezyaccess.com is also available for your personal use. It is most secure way to reach our practice electronically. It is in no way intended to substitute for office visits with Dr. Felzer please call us with illness or urgent needs.
You may see or pay your Premium payment balance, request a non-narcotic refill, request a non-urgent appointment or physical, send secure messages to the office, and see most of your test results-labs and x-rays.
Some results will not be available on the portal and you may call the office for those results. Test results will be available 72 hours after the office receives them so we may review them with you first. Testing ordered by doctors other than Dr. Felzer will not be reported by our office. Their office is responsible for contacting you.

Student:

Starting February 12th we will have Kathleen Davis, a Nurse Practitioner student, joining us on Tuesdays until May to complete her clinical hours for the University of Delaware. She will someday be specializing in Geriatric Medicine. If you are here on a Tuesday we will ask for your consent to have Kathleen see you along with Dr. Felzer. Help us mold the next generation of practitioners. You may decline if you wish and she will just observe.

Vacation:

Dr. Felzer will be away February 27- March 5, 2019 and April 10th, 11th, and 12th. Dr. Kevin O’Hara, a board certified Internal Medicine concierge physician, will be covering during these dates and the office will remain open 9am-3:30pm to help with your care. After hours you may call the office 302-633-1442 and you will be directed to Dr. O’Hara.

Updates:

Please make sure you give us your current insurance cards. Medicare has been updating the ID numbers to not include your social security number. Most of our patients have received them already. Insurance cards can contain subtle changes- group number, copay changes. So please share them with us. The staff thanks you greatly. Update you email address too!

Health:

Remember to get your yearly PE / Preventive Exam to see if you are due for preventive testing such as Mammograms, Pap Smears, Bone Density, Screening Colonoscopy, and Labs. Flu shots are still available –call for an appointment.
